Hotel Pro Forma Building Design: Live / Work theatre concept for location in the North Beach Neighborhood in San Francisco. My concept uses existing technology to allow for performers to customize the space more than a standard theatre would allow given the visual and graphic nature of their performance. The concept was inspired by varied street performers in urban areas.
